Return Policy

 

::: Refunds/returns on purchases from January 1st to November 15th:

- Customers are eligible for a full refund OR store credit up to 5 days from the date of delivery ( minus exclusions listed below***)

▶︎ Please email info@valouring.com to initiate the return process and choice of refund or store credit towards another ring.

You will then be given instructions where to mail the ring back. 

▶︎ Once the item is returned safely in its box, unworn and in its original condition one of these two refund options will follow:

Option 1- Refund will be processed and credited to the initial method of payment used for the transaction (*** minus shipping fees whether paid by customer or complimentary on orders $200 up + order processing fees of 2.9% via CC or 5.9% if payment was made via installments plan using Shop Pay)

Option 2- Store credit simply retains the full transaction amount (minus shipping fees) in the customer's account towards a future purchase. 

- Custom-made rings and on-sale pieces are final sales.

 

 ::: Size/Style Exchange: 

If you are dissatisfied with the size or style you ordered, and would like to exchange for a different size or ring style, please email info@valouring.com within 3-5 days after receipt of your order.

Size and Style exchanges are evaluated case by case through email communication as most of the rings are only created in a specific size and do not exist in all sizes.

However, I do try to accommodate a customer's needs and honor their request whenever there is a possibility to re-create in a different sizing. 

 

 ::: Refunds/returns on purchases from November 15th to December 31st:

 - All purchases made between Nov 15th and December 31st are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping fees) in the form of a store credit/gift card that will be emailed as soon as the ring returns safely to Valou Studios. 

- During the Holiday period, the 5-days return window extends to 45 days to ensure that all jewelry purchased from November 15th and throughout December are still eligible for returns in the form of store credit (or possibly exchange) until January 5th.

▶︎ Please email info@valouring.com to initiate the return process. You will then be given instructions where to mail the ring back.

▶︎ Once the item is returned safely in its box, unworn and in its original condition, your account will be promptly credited in the form of a gift card emailed to you.
