The sizing for all 3cap rings is essentially based on your ring-finger size.
Due to its open-band design and slightly adjustable feature, the ring is able to fit a full size range.
For example: Let's say your ring finger size is 6.5.
In the chart below you will find that it corresponds to a 3cap size "MD".
This size will fit perfectly for a 6.5 but will also be able to fit a ring size 6 by tightening the caps together, or a size 7 by slightly opening them apart.
The rings are created to adjust up or down a full ring size.
Note: It is important to only manipulate and adjust the ring the first time you try it on. Once you have found the "sweet spot" for the ring to be put on and taken off easily, you should try to maintain the fit as-is and avoid further bending action. Doing so will greatly extend the life of your ring.
::: If you know your US ring finger size, then this guide is all you need.
